Hi Everyone Im Jessie
Ive just turned 20 and I weigh 90kg my heaviest by far. Ive started doing exercise classes 3 days a week but ive actually put on weight. I joined this forum to seek tips and idea from other people for how to lose weight and stay healthy. I know my lack of weight loss is due to the bad food I eat and I also had a baby in february how ever I had him prem so I didnt put on anymore then 4 kg during my pregnancy.
