I'm beginning my program tomorrow. I am stocked up with Celebrity Slim shakes. My reason for choosing this brand over any other is because their cheaper than alot of the others, I get my Club Card points AND most importantly, they taste GORGEOUS!
I can't wait to update my weekly progress here and get to know some of you. I am going to Adelaide on the 16th October, so would love to lose 5 kgs. Thats my goal anyway

That's a good question blackandwhite and the honest answer is yes. I do cheat on my diet a bit because I miss certain foods especially carbs and I find that I have a tiny bit of them to satisfy the craving and try to do some extra exercise to make up for it.
