77.4 Kg's at 163 now. (the highest weight i've ever been!)
My last weight loss diet, I started at 75 kgs then went down to 49 kg's.
Ready to do that again with all your help!
Who's in the same boat as me??? anybody with the same stats???
Studying right now, with a work injury (hurt my back!! ) so i cannot exercise for the next few weeks...
On the 7'th (9 days away! is my boyfriend and I's anniversary.. would love to be down to 74/ 73 by then!!)
My plan of attack,
Coffee and weetbix (usually have 4, will have 2 with lowfat milk)
Sushi (x3 if hungry, slowly decrease to 2)
as normal, smaller portion
Apples throughout the day
hot chocolate (lowfat milk) for night
