Blackandwhite, 19 years old.

77.4 Kg's at 163 now. (the highest weight i've ever been!)

My last weight loss diet, I started at 75 kgs then went down to 49 kg's.

Ready to do that again with all your help!

Who's in the same boat as me??? anybody with the same stats???

Studying right now, with a work injury (hurt my back!! :( ) so i cannot exercise for the next few weeks...

On the 7'th (9 days away! is my boyfriend and I's anniversary.. would love to be down to 74/ 73 by then!!)

My plan of attack,

BREAKFAST
Coffee and weetbix (usually have 4, will have 2 with lowfat milk)

LUNCH
Sushi (x3 if hungry, slowly decrease to 2)

DINNER
as normal, smaller portion

SNACKS
Apples throughout the day
hot chocolate (lowfat milk) for night
STARTING WEIGHT: 77.4kg
HIGHEST WEIGHT: 77.4
LOWEST WEIGHT 59
CURRENT WEIGHT: 75.9
GW: 73 (by the 7th Oct)
GW2: 66
GW3: 62

Welcome to the forum, Blackandwhite. That diet sounds ok though we don't know what you have for dinner but good luck with it, your attitude is right and I'm sure you have some exercise in mind as well. You've done it before so let us know how you get along.
