Slacked off last year to recover from mental illness- was already overweight and ended up putting on 11kg in a year!
Started working out for the first time in my life in Feb. Began to see dietician 22 weeks ago, so in May. Have lost total of 14.3kg as of 3rd of September. Have my next dietician appt this friday.
Went from 103.2kg
at 88.9kg on 3rd September
My goal weight is 79kg!
I'm aiming to get there by xmas eve which is 11 weeks from this friday. We shall see on friday how much closer I am to my goal!!
In fitness, I aimed to be able to jog 7km non-stop and I acheived this goal for the first time on Sunday =)
