I'm a 21 year old female looking to lose about 30 lbs of FAT!
I'm really excited about learning tips and hearing about other peoples experiences. As for me? Well, I've been using my elliptical for 30 minutes twice a day, with some intense workout DVDs, and weights! I've already seen a difference, but nothing extreme. I've always eaten quite well, I've just had problems with portion control and exercising.
It's time to kick these pounds so I can rock my bikini in the HOT humid summer just weeks away! Hopefully, this site will give me some extra motivation as well I hope to help anyone with anything!
