I too struggle for motivation. I always go the easy quick option for meals rather than the time and effort healthy meals and I am never exercise (even though I made my family by me a treadmill two years ago for christmas!)
However, I do want that to change! I want to be happy with myself and lead a healthy life.
My partner and I have started cooking from the CSIRO book. We did that once and we both lost a few kilos without even exercising. However, my goal is that I am going to exercise 30 mins every - whether it being walking, gym, wii fit, or even being in the garden. I want to ensure that the exercise that I do is fun, otherwise motivation will not come/stay.
