New ..and this time I mean it!I will need help PLEASE!!!

Hi I'm in my 50's and have struggled it seems forever! I lost a lot of weight on the John Tickell ( vegetables)soup diet ..but like it or not Here I go again...will this merry-go-round ever stop? Has anyone really got the right way to do this and do it properly?

Welcome to the forum!
In my opinion, the answer lies in actually changing the way you live, not in fad diets or miracle plans that last for a few months then you go back to your same old lifestyle which is where the weight came from in the first place. It's about learning how to live a healthy life which means regular exercise and eating sensibly. The formula really really is as simple as making what goes in be less than what goes out, the execution on the other hand is more difficult.

Maybe while you're in the zone, you should start with a god hard look at why you have struggled with your weight over the years. Is it your diet? What are you eating? How much are you eating? When are you eating? Then what bout exercise? Are you active or do you sit around all day every day? Are there any medical reasons you're carrying extra weight that a GP could help with?

Knowledge is power and once you know about what it is that is contributing to the extra weight you are in a position to make plans to change it.

I needed that Thanks..I am who I am because of my lifestyle and , with help, i know I can lose this unwanted weight.
#1 I am off to make a pot of vegetable soup...that is my 1st move,Talk again soon Xx

I keep looking for a new fad diet but I dont know why- I originally lost 25kg just by eating a balanced diet and exercising, and have kept that weight off, just struggling to lose the rest of it! But if you stick to eating right then you do see results
