Saying hi to all

Hi all, I'm new here. Obviously I'm here to lose weight. Thought I would introduce myself before I join in.

My goal is to lose the weight I've gained in the last 9 months since my running injury, which is 10kgs.

Anyway I look forward to taking part on the forum.

Hello and welcome to the forum! Injuries really are a pain aren't they? Not only do they hurt, then you have to do all that work to make up for the time you couldn't do anything :(

You'll get there though :D
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Hi butterfly dawn, thanks for the welcome :) .

Yes it is hard to get back into exercise after a sports injury. My body has gone into hiatus and i'm struggling to get back to my old way, but i will.
