I am a 26 year old woman who is 156cm tall and weighs 111kg currently.
Last year I weighed over 137kg (I stopped weighing myself at that point) but in about a year I have gotten down to 111kg through minor lifestyle changes. I haven't been able to shift any further than 111kg though, I have been this weight for about 3 months now.
So to get smaller I plan to start a more structured plan of excerise and healthier food. I am very scared!
I want to get down to at least 75kg, which is still overweight for my height, but would be awesome for me (haven't been that weight since early high school).
I am very nervous about this as I have had mixed results in the past. I also (like a lot of big people) have very low self esteem and so often feel quite down and it can be hard to find teh motivation needed. Wish me luck!!
