Welcome to the forum! My advice is keep doing things the healthy way, if it's going to come off, it will, if it doesn't, at least you know your making healthy choices and your health will still benefit. When I originally lost the 35kg, I still had about 5kg to lose and it just stopped. I think that disappointment may have contributed to me putting it back on. I've since realised that where I was was actually pretty bloody good and any lower would have been ridiculous to maintain. Maybe head to the GP and get an evaluation, see if your goals are realistic.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
