Hi Nat,
Welcome to the forum! My advice is keep doing things the healthy way, if it's going to come off, it will, if it doesn't, at least you know your making healthy choices and your health will still benefit. When I originally lost the 35kg, I still had about 5kg to lose and it just stopped. I think that disappointment may have contributed to me putting it back on. I've since realised that where I was was actually pretty bloody good and any lower would have been ridiculous to maintain. Maybe head to the GP and get an evaluation, see if your goals are realistic. :D
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

think you are right there Tegan, last time I had aqspirations of lower 70's but tbh people were telling me I'd lost too much in the high seventies.. this time I'm going to be more realistic and think lower eighties will suit me.. that's a challenge for after Xmas as I am having nearly a month off while overseas..

To the OP good luck and just keep up the healthy lifestyle & remember moderation that really is the key..

Hi Nat :)

what weight are you at now?

It's possible that your body is at its equilibrium and doesn't want to go down further.
