Welcome to the forum! It's hard not to be disheartened when you expect results and they don't come, but don't give up. Keep making healthy choices and even if the scales don't show it, you'll be healthier for it. Good luck, and congrats on the bub!

Hi :)

I feel you hun, I have the same problem. I have about 8kg to lose and it's SO hard to get any weight to budge. All I can advise is not to be disheartened. It's SO easy for me to fall off the wagon and get extremely angry when I only lose 0.5kg or less in a week. I feel like it's impossible and it will NEVER happen. But this attitude is what causes us to delay any progress. Just keep jumping back on that horse. It's your perseverance that will get you there in the end - perseverance and patience. That is literally all you need!
