As they say, nothing worthwhile is ever easy.
I have lost 14kg in about two months, and already I'm feeling lighter. I think when I get down to my target weight I will have to walk around with an anchor to stop myself from floating away
Seriously though, lots of knowledgeable, supportive people are to be found on this forum. Making yourself a plan is a good first step. Know the foods to eat, in what quantity and how often, and also know the foods to avoid. Find some kinds of exercise you can do - in my case I started doing 10 minutes morning and night on the exercise bike, but two weeks later I'm doing up to 30 minutes twice a day. Maybe I'm lucky, but I'm losing 2kg a week at the moment - might not work for everyone, but sure is working for me.
