im new here to the forum.
i have decided to join fo a few reasons.
i live a healthy life and try to do my best, i workout almost daily and try to eat as healthy as i can.
i wasn't always like this. up until the age of 20 i was overweight and felt very bad about myself, the hardest part was that i had no guidance.
at the same time i lost my mother to cancer and decided i want to have a healty living life style, i started reading on nutrition and started running at night. i have gained more and more knowledge, and the more i gained the more weight i lost.
i am a very big believer that knowing is half the battle.
and this is my main reason i joined this forum- i truly want to help people who are at the life point that i once was.
to be as honest as i could be i would like to say that i have a fitness blog i run on the web that his main concern is to help people to begin their fitness routine, i hope i will be able to get tips from forum members, share ideas and learn new stuff
