Need some motivation :)

Hi there

I'm an 18 year old university student, I weigh 68kg and am only 1.55m tall, which means I'm overweight.

I' have had a really bad relationship with food, eating all the time when I'm bored, down and happy. I also do no exercise.
I've tried eating healthily in the past, but usually give up after a few days.

I've decided that I need to make changes because I'm tired of always being the fattest girl in the room, tired of walking out of a shop empty handed because nothing I liked fitted, tired of being teased and judged and fed up with not liking what I see in the mirror.

I'm starting tomorrow with a meal planner, and I'm also starting Contours gym.

Looking forward to hearing more from the rest of you (:
Hopefully reading about others will give me the inspiration I need

Take it nice and slow .... don't think of it as being a diet, but just the way you are going to eat in order to be the fit healthy person that you want to be!
Going into it too fast, with high expectations can be self-defeating. You can do it! :D
