I'm an 18 year old university student, I weigh 68kg and am only 1.55m tall, which means I'm overweight.
I' have had a really bad relationship with food, eating all the time when I'm bored, down and happy. I also do no exercise.
I've tried eating healthily in the past, but usually give up after a few days.
I've decided that I need to make changes because I'm tired of always being the fattest girl in the room, tired of walking out of a shop empty handed because nothing I liked fitted, tired of being teased and judged and fed up with not liking what I see in the mirror.
I'm starting tomorrow with a meal planner, and I'm also starting Contours gym.
