Hi guys!!

My god what a journey it has been for me recently went overseas, came back STACKED on weight and have recently been diagnosed with PCOS I've come here for a bit of extra support as I am soooo fed up with my weight issue right now I have 15 kgs that need to come off asap which have accumulated in a matter of 4 months ARRGHH! I'm currently on a low carb, low GI, high protein diet & walk 4 -5 times a week for 45 - 1 hr and seem to be getting no where so would really appreciate anyones help that is currently suffering from PCOS & has any recommendations at all. Thanks guys, happy weight loss! x

Hi Lana and welcome

I think I have seen other members mention PCOS so you may find some help here. You might want to post it in the Weight Related forum too.

It sounds like you have hit a bit of a speed hump with the weightloss - if it is a consequence of the PCOS I hope one of the other members might be able to help.

Best wishes in your weight loss efforts
