I've put on 6kg too that I'd like to lose, and am looking for a buddy to keep me on track. I'm 31, studying to be a teacher (retraining for a second career, since the recession killed off my first choice); I exercise a lot but just get carried away on the amount I eat. I'm only 160cm tall (5ft 3) and at 60kg, am about as heavy as I can be without beginning to look tubby. I've gained it all since coming back to Aus in March, and just want to get back to what I was. If I have a buddy I can check in with every day or every couple of days, that should keep me on track. It's good just to have someone else in mind who's trying as hard as you to keep a promise to themselves and someone else!
It'd be really great if we could be buddies - however you want to do it
