Congratulations and Welcome

You have a massive amount to shed, and I can tell you from my experience that it seems that it is taking forever. One step at a time is the right attitude - its going to take a while but you will get there if you stick to it.

Sending good vibes back to you. No time like the present to get started and I wish you well.
Are you following any particular plan?

I am under my GP's observation and will be starting Optifast for a month or two, to help me lost some initial weight so that I can move more freely and take the pressure of my back, knees and ankles.

Thank you to everyone for their kind words :)

Welcome!

Weight loss is so daunting - no matter how much you have to shift!

I truly believe one step at a time is the only way. Of course there will be steps backward along the way but the important thing is to not let a slip up - big or small - detract you from your destination.

Best of luck :)

Remember, we are all here to help support you :) .
