No Brekkie, Rushed lunch and a whole 8 slices of pizza 4 tea.
I did go to the gym and did my weights program and jogged for ages. Okay 3 minutes ( 4 warmup)

Hi alocin have a look around the forum as im sure someone else mentioned that they were doing the csiro diet. i dont know anything about it sorry!! its hard to work out portion sizes too (in regards to your big tea), once you get the hang of it you will be right. i always find that if i want seconds i wait 20 minutes to see if i want it or not.
