Hi!

Postby Melly21 » Sun Jan 02, 2011 5:26 pm

Hi,

I typed in "weight loss forums" and this place popped up, which was good!

My name is Mel, I am almost 23, and I am incredibly overweight, my weight is probably around the 146kg mark, which is really embarrassing. I am sick of feeling ashamed and disgusted of myself and I am hoping, hoping that I can find a support group here. I have amazing friends and family but they don't understand what I am going through they think it is just as easy as putting down the food and stepping away but it's not, and I need people around me that understand that.

So if people would like to help me and support me I will gladly, gladly do the same thing for you.

Hope to get to know you all soon! :D

Yes, I had to dust out the cobwebs on my exercise bike today! I did half an hour and felt tired but soooo good afterwards!

I did slip up and have a can of coke today, but only one can so that's better than normal ha ha!

You can do it! I just popped in a DVD and before I knew it, it was 30 minutes! So hopefully the same thing will work for me tomorrow!

I just have to remember to keep drinking water.

I am thinking maybe once a month. I have a bad habit of over-thinking things and I just know if I was to weigh in once a week it would totally mess with my head. So I think for me once a month will be a good start until I get my head sorted.

Good luck for Thursday! I reckon if you have been eating right and whatnot you would have lost 3kg easy!

It has been so humid here where I am so water has been drunk plenty today lol
