Hi there everyone,
my name is Tina, I'm 30 years old and I'm a junkaholic!
I live in Adelaide, South Australia right next to a pub, which serves me lots of alcohol and junk food. I have always loved junk food, and alcohol and pretty much anything that is bad for my body, hence the fact that I have pretty much always been overweight. So at the grand old age of 30 I have joined a gym and have started a 12 week weight loss challenge (through Fernwood Gyms - their Vitality Gaurantee challenge) and I'm doing okay, but I keep slipping. I slip a lot!
My friend Bel has joined and was telling me what a great forum this is so I thought I would give this a shot too and hopefully find the motivation to stay on track and try and keep it up for the next 35kg I have to lose.....
