Seeing as I'm new here, thought I better post something in the introductions area.
I am 28 years old, 6'4", male and currently fluxuating between 96 and 98kg. Over the last 2 and a half years I have lost 30kgs (started at 128kgs), and it has been a slow journey, but because of it weight loss has developed as an interest of mine. Personally I'd like to get down to about 90kgs, but I'm very happy with my body at the moment, and I'm more interested in what my body looks like and it's size rather than what the scales say.
I would really like to be able to help people with some weight loss tips, as well as learning what I can from other peoples experiences. Since losing most of my weight I have started work as a personal trainer, so hopefully I can be some use at talking about exercise.
