So I am new here so thought I would introduce myself. I am a 22 year old girl who needs to get back on the weight loss wagon. I'm currently 84.3kgs which places me in the overweight category for my height so am really aiming to get myself down to the middle of the healthy weight range (around 65kg). I did lose around 20kgs in 2009 bringing myself from 86 to 76kgs but due to a rather hectic final year at uni, I have gone back up

Now that uni is over, I'm hoping I will have the time to focus on eating healthily again as well as hitting the gym and the outdoors more often. Anyway, good luck to everyone else and I hope to be posting some lovely success stries very soon.
