I'm new. I have a lot of weight to lose but I'm determined because I want to have another baby and I cannot face another pregnancy being obese. I also want to be a good role model for my kids.
In the past I've tried Weight Watchers, counting calories and Lite N Easy with varying degrees of success but I've always fallen off the wagon and put the weight back on. I know what I need to do, I just need to stick to it!
