Hi all, i just found this forum searching for tips and motivation,im 49 years old,need to lose weight ,Doctors warning was my biggest wake up call,Ill be on once a day for motivation and to motivate and support others,i'm 122 kilos on the 19th feb,so u can imagine i need a lot of support.

hey there, i've only just started too! i have been into exercise for a long time so i know quite a lot... walking is a good thing. walking at a brisk pace for half an hour each day will help you lose lots of weight! this is because with walking (rather than running), you are able to enhale a lot more oxygen... and oxygen helps to burn fat!
