Hi everyone, My name is Liz and I havent posted here before. Now that I've found it I will be reading all of your posts regularly. I love finding out about other people's progress so I'll tell you a bit about my own first. Well, just after I had my daughter I probably weighed well over the 100kg mark. One day it was like something just switched on inside my head and I knew I had to do something. I started watching what I ate and exercising regularly and over time I have lost about 40kg so far and I'm aiming for about 6-7kg more. During this period I started reading up on training and nutrition because I wanted to learn more so I could help others in the same situation. I ended up doing the Certificate III & IV in Fitness (Personal Training) and now I have been working part-time for about a year. Wow, that was a big post for a first-timer! Sorry if I bored anyone!
