25 pounds, or 11 kg, in three months is quite doable by lowering energy consumption and increasing exercise. August is three months away, so if you get started today and stay focussed you'll reach your goal.
You mention "...yet another celebrity weight loss program..." - if they don't work for you or you are yoyo-ing between them then may I suggest you try something different. There are some good articles on the Weightloss website attached to this forum that show how to lose weight and (more importantly) keep it off.
