I am Skinny Jeggings and I am here to lose weight! YAAAYYY!
I have been trying to shift the same weight (halfheartedly and unsuccessfully) for the past 7 years and I have had enough! I want to lose them and get on with my life!
My goals (some long term, some short term):
1. Lose 10 kgs
2. Be able to fit into the sizes 6-8 (Australian sizes)
3. Be able to fit into US sizes 2-4 (maybe even a 0 someday ?? )
4. Eat 2 fruits and 5 veges every day.
5. Exercise for 30 minutes every day.
6. Have more energy and live life to the fullest!
7. Not be hampered by body image, be able to wear any clothes and feel confident in my body!
8. Be able to wear skinny jeans, tights and of course, Skinny Jeggings!
Initial Starting weight: 63 kg
First goal weight: 60 kg
Second goal weight: 58 kg
Ultimate Goal weight: 53 kg
So far my efforts consist of attending Curves gym 3 times per week and trying to have fruits and veges every day.
I am welcoming of any tips or suggestions to help me to my goal! I am also willing to be helpful to anyone else trying to achieve a goal!
