Hi All,

I am a newbie here on the forum, I just came upon this site when I was googling some health advices.I just came upon this site when I was googling some health advices.

I have so many things to talk on health issues and the prospect I find here to put across all that fill my mind with simply intrigues me.

Talien, don't waste your breath (or your typing fingers).

Rahman is not a real person, it is a scripted spam robot. Its message is being posted to many other forums across the Internet with the intention of publishing advertising links.

The message remains here for the moment as it serves as an example of the difficulty of identifying the genuine messages on the forum. I'll remove this message thread soon.

I am doing good, thanks. After a rough week of binge eating (thanks to calorie deficit) I decided to up my calorie intake so that I don't get to that point of turning to food for support. I guess I need to eat enough which won't let me to starving phase making my body feel its missing out on something and making me want to stuff all those food into my mouth..hehe difficult to train this body, even more difficult to train this monkey mind.... :D

Try some low gi type foods. Something that will fill you up and has a low calorie amout. Crispbreads are good, even 1 busicuit can keep you going and give you some really good nutrients, add to that some fresh lettuce, and maybe some cucumber or carrot and you have a great filling snack that is easily burned off. :)
