Hello everyone :)

So my names Bec, I'm 17 in 9 days and I've struggled with my eating for years now. I've gone frm one extreme to the next (not eating at all to eating way too much) and i think its about time to get myself sorted out. I want to use food as fuel not as a comfort or a way of control. I need and want a healthy relationship with myself and food so that why I'm here :).

Gosh I was just looking at pictures of myself I just found from when I was 17 and I wish I had have trie to get it under control then. Good for you I think you're doing a wonderful thing for yourself!
