In 9 days I've lost 4.9kg, so I'm ecstatic.
That really doesn't sound healthy though does it...
I expect it to even out soon when my new lifestyle gets properly into the swing of things.
If it doesn't I'm seeing a doctor regularly so I'll change things up a bit and alter my food plans, basically I'm eating fresh or steamed (not boiled) food, lean meat (roasted or cooked in the pan with a small amount of water, not oil), carbs generally prior (this is hard!) to 1pm and I'm exercising (which is also new)
So I was expecting a bit of a quick drop, but maybe not that fast so I'm going to keep an eye on it (though this did happn last time with fernwood so maybe when I hit 102 ill plateu again lol)
