I'm trying to losing 15kgs. Not really sure how to go about it but I'm taking a lot of tips from this site. I'm not overweight at the moment, but I am bordering it, and I would really like to trim down for many reasons including personal presentation in the workplace, my own view of myself superficially, and for my health.

Tips welcome! I'm a uni student and have many extracurricular commitments!

I am at uni too. Not having time to fit in specific exercise I am not finding to be an issue as yet, but I would say I have more to lose than you thus it is a little easier to come off - I am almost entirely dieting it off tho, with exercise where I enjoy it or can fit it in (walking and yoga mostly - so nothing extreme  ) atm im using myfitnesspal to count calories - it recommends where to set you calories depending on your activity levels and also is a really easy way to count as you just enter the foods you ate or plan to eat that day and voila!

Anyways - best of luck reaching your goal!
