My name is Siobhan and I am a 27 year old mum of 2 kids (plus a beautiful DSD). I have reached 107kg and that is the highest (aside from my last pregnancy which I got to 120kg by 7 months)I will EVER be. I have decided that from now on my weight is going to undercontrol and once I reach my goal weight of 75kg that I am not letting my self go over 85kg, that is it!

I have tried weight watches in the past but ATM I am not strong enough for it to work properly, so I have joined up with Jenny Craig and am proud to say that I have stuck to their food plan for a week and a half. I also do 20 min of Zumba on the Wii each day except on Wednesday's when i go for an hour walk.

I have lost 0.8kg so far.

Can't wait to go on this trip with you all and learn about all of your journeys.

Hi Siobhan

Plans are good, as is not deviating from them too much. Weight-loss can be difficult at times, but it just has to be done! Keep us informed of your progress.
