Some advice??

Postby rissat » Mon Jun 06, 2011 1:03 am

Hi Guys,

Thought I'd join in on here as I'm in need of support. Been on a nutritional health programme for about 2 months, and have lost a stack of weight already, but still have about 10kg more to lose. Going through a really tough time at the moment will-power wise. I really need to succeed, not just for my own health reasons, but I started retailing the products I've been using, and how can I sell weightloss products if I'm overweight??

[DELETED PRODUCT TALK]

As I said, the first 2 months flew by and I did it really easily, but now I'm finding it really hard to say no to the naughty things. Can anyone offer me some advice??

Hello and welcome to the forum, Rissat.

I agree with your comment re the perceived credibility issue for people wishing to promote weigh-loss products. However, I suspect it's not as crucial as one might expect. Plenty of visibly overweight celebrities (and non-celebs) promote weight-loss products - they are attributing their weight-loss, not weight-normalisation, to the product.

It sounds like you still haven't changed some bad eating habits - a task outside the capabilities of weight-loss food supplements and plans - so it's a good thing you've visited the AWL forum! :-)
