I'm joining today after yo-yoing up and down for months and starting and stopping and starting and stopping my health routine. I usually try and be mindful about what I eat and my downfalls area really very common ones: caffeine and sugar mostly. Primarily in forms of coffee. and cola. I weighed myself yesterday and found myself the be the heaviest I ever remember being - 97.5 kilos. Ordinarily I hover around 91. I've recently been taking steps to turn my life around as a whole, including my weight and am looking for motivation and support to help me get to my goal weight of 57 kilos. I don't really have a time frame at this stage, I know it's alot of weight to shift. But perseverence right? At least I'm now stepping in the right direction Pleased to meet you all.
