hi all......I have 20-25KG to lose and dont seem to have the motivation on my own to stick with it....diet wise I can be disciplined but with exercise I'm just a shocker....I'd really like to find a walking buddy in the inner city Northside of Brisbane for daily walks mornings or evenings before 7am or after 6pm Males or females
