My name is Kate (user name Kylie) and I am from Melbourne.
I am 25 years old and I weigh 82kgs. I was 105kgs a year and a half ago and I lost it all on my own (yay!). However, I am at a point where I am back into my old routine and I am beginning to put weight on again (boo! -I was 77kg in May).
I know I should eat well, but I don't.
I know I should exercise more, but I don't.
All my motivation has gone out the window and I am left feeling deflated and I am disappointed in myself on a daily basis lately
I need to get my motivation and discipline back!
So any advise, support and help would be much appreciated!
I need to join a gym, I think!
