Try and remember what you felt like at your maximum weight, do you really want to go there again? Remember that everytime you think you can't be bothered any more.
I went down to a loose size 14 now i'm back at a tight 18. The advice i am giving you is from my experience of feeling the dissappiontment in myself now.
