Hello everyone, I'll make this short and sweet and get right to the point.
I'm a 20 year old female, stay at home mum about to start Cert 3 in Children Services.
I currently weigh 54KGs & am 155cms SHORT!
First goal - 52KGs
Second Goal - 50KGS (Assess if I'm happy with myself)
Third goal - 48-49KGS.
I started my journey at 63KGS and with my weight going up and down over the past 10-12Months I've lost around 12KGS (Going from 63KGs to 54KGS - Then went up to 57KGs and now back down to 54KGs)
It's been a up and down rollercoaster for me but this time i'm determined to do it right and stick to it.
I'm hoping to learn more about food - what's good and what's not for whatever reason (not just count the calories) and how to exercise properly and sufficiently for me, So if you have any tips feel free to comment below
