Bye Bye Chocolate

Hi Everyone!

I'm Ngaire .. a forty something Mum and busy career girl who has decided to stop, take a deep breath and gather my determination to make some long term, achievable life style changes.

I am 166cms tall and currently weigh 75kgs and I am focussed on losing 10kgs in a slow and steady way.

It would be easier if I were just me but looking through the sites recipe ideas I feel confident that I can work this around the kids as well.

So my week one starts now and I look forward to checking in next week with an update of how I am going.

Any and all encouragement and support is welcome here! :D

Long-term lifestyle changes are the ones that matter. Just do it gradually, every now and then pushing the envelope a little bit more. Improving ones overall health does get easier after a while, it just requires the formation of new, healthier habits.
