Hi, my name is Tegan. I have just given birth to my second child a month ago and desperatly want to get back to my pre pregnancy body. Before I had my first baby i was about 68kgs. I had put on 30kgs during my pregnancy with her(eek!) and lost about 10kgs after the birth. I never had time to do anything about the rest of the weight unfortunatly. Before i was pregnant with my son i weighed 97kgs. I put on 10kgs during my pregnancy and lost it all after the birth. So i am back to 97kgs. I have just joined a gym with my husband and our first workout will be tomorrow! My main goal is to get back to 68kgs but getting back into the 80's will be great too. Fortunatly i hide my weight quite well so i try not to weigh myself much, because when i do, that's the thing that upsets me the most about it all. The reason i have joined is because i need a lot of motivation to do this. So hoping i get lots of it here! Thanks for listening/reading.

#1 - 89kgs
#2 - 85kgs
#3 - 79kgs
#4 - 70kgs
#5 - 65kgs

I want to reach my goal weight by Christmas 2007. I CAN do this!

Hello Tegan and welcome to the forum.

We can certainly help you with motivation. Have a good look around and feel free to jump into any of the challenges here too. That is great that your husband is working out with you as that should be some extra motivation too.

well done for taking the steps to lose weight. im sure you will notice the difference with a change in diet as well as exercise. congrats on your new bubby. take it easy if you arent yet beyond 6 weeks postpartum :)

cant wait to read your progress. oh and get a funky ticker too!

Give your body time to get bcak into only had your bub a month ago, so you need to take it slow and steady. You'll definitely get there and I am looking forward to supporting you laong the way.
