Have been lurking for awhile, thought it best for me to introduce myself. I'm a married mum of 4 & my hubby works away from home for 4 weeks at a time. It does get hectic at times (to say the least!)
but we handle things okay.
My youngest is 11 months old & for the past 3 months, since weaning bub off the boob, I have been on a journey to re-gain what's left of my figure!
My plan consists mainly of weight watchers, cardio & resistance training. So far I have lost 4kgs, which doesn't seem alot, but I have gone down a dress size already & my measurements have decreased significantly.
