I'm only new to this forum, looking for inspiration and motorvation like so many others here. I am 22 weighing in at 87kg. The heaviest I have ever been and boaderline obese as I found out today. This has really shocked me into action as I always took for granted the fact that at 22 I would be at my prime, however this is not the case.
I started putting on weight when I left high school at 57kg. I stopped playing pro level sport, I got my license and stopped walking and riding everywhere and I got my first full time job and being silly I just kept eating whatever I desired assuming my metabolism would keep everything in check, I was only young after all. As I said, silly. So here I am now, 5 years later wondering where my abs went! My biggest temptation is Coke and chocolate. These teamed with the past 5 years of sheer laziness will be my biggest hurdle. I also have just completed a course and in order to be employed my fitness needs to increase dramatically. Not to mention the job involves being in a bathing suit infront of strangers all day long eeps! I have more than enough reasons to lose the weight, I hope they are enough to get me off my ever expanding butt and start dropping these pesky kilos!
