Hi, Well as you can guess I'm new, but have been lurking around this forum for ages now, so I thought it was time to actually join. I have signed myself up to do the new 12 week challenge, I have seen others get amazing results with a little dedication and alot of support from the members here...so I going to check in every week with my progress. A little about myself.....I'm 28 with a beautiful 3 year old girl, most of my life I have struggled with being a little overweight, but since having my daughter I have joined a gym and actually got fit. I seemed to have hit a wall though and I really want to kick start my weight loss again.
Stats: 62 kg
BMI : 23.6
I would love to loose about 7-8 kg but would be happy to just tone up and feel better in my clothes. I have set myself a goal to be in a bikini by summer time (I have never worn a bikini in my life ekk...)
So here goes, Im going to be motivated and stay strong when faced with temptation (chocolate....ice cream.....I have a major sweet tooth)
