I've been signed up with this site for a while but haven't really gotten around to checking it out, but have been lurking here tonight and found it informative and enjoyable!
I'm about 186cm tall and about 74kg at the moment, so really don't want to lose much at all - really just maintain a good weight since I gave up breastfeeding. Hubby is a very large man, however, and is having some health problems because of it, so I will be looking with interest at what I can do to help him achieve his goals quicker and more easily.
Aside from that, I'm just plain interested in all that health and fitness stuff, anyway. So it's good to be here!
