I just joined the site a few days a go.
I started to lose weight years ago, and have been a yo yo dieter ever since.
late 2010 i decided to take it seriously and started losing my weight. i started at 125kgs, and by march i had gotten down to 79kg. and then i let it all go...
life got hard and i used that as an excuse to eat what i wanted.
4 weeks ago i started again at 113kgs
i weighed in this morning to be 105kgs. so it is working
ive joined the gym and im eating much better.
biggest weight - 125kgs
starting weight 113kgs
current weight - 105kg
goal weigh - 75kgs.
Im going to weigh in every monday morning ...
