Im here to get support! I was 166kg last weigh in at the specialist a year ago. I have hashimoto's disease and cerebal palsy so workouts are very painful but I struggle through getting the majority done!
I cant have gluten, soy of any kind, brassicas or walnuts and I need to learn to eat breakfast and lunch! I wish I ate properly growing up but I was too busy playing sports all the time! When the kids started coming I just got busier and eating was once every two or more days. I have never needed to diet before so I am quite lost as to how to go about it now. I have more time for myself now my younger twins are teenagers too. I would love to find a diet that would suit me and the things I cant eat!!! Cant wait to meet everyone here
