Hey, i'm 21 and 169cms and 96kgs! I was 110kgs at one point but lost it don't know how lol.
I'm doing this for myself for once, not for anyone else. I goto the gym about 3-4 times a week usually 2 spin classes and then just normal cardio then i work with a PT once a week. My eating is the biggest curve ball! I eat too much of a good thing, I have seen a dietitian and she has said I eat okay but just too much...
I have epilepsy so medications also play a role in weight gain which p!sses me off!
I know what I have to do, its just putting it into practice
