hi everyone, i thought i could join this for some motivation and tips!
ive started my diet 5 days ago, temptation has occured but being healthy again got me through it.
i weighed 90kg and have since lost about 2kg already which is amazing.
this has been my average meal plan so far

small bowl of cheerios with milk for breakfast

chicken salad or tuna on crackers or a sandwhich for lunch

and a lean cuisine meal for dinner.

can anyone tell me if that sounds like a good plan?

i downloaded the myfitnesspal app to track my calories and it seems to be a huge help.
i cant wait for more weight to drop and get back to how i looked before i met my boyfriend and got lazy!

Hello and congrats on your loss so far :)

Don't forget snacks .. more frequent eating will keep your metabolism firing through the day.
As for what you are eating .. while there's a lot worse choices than Cheerios there are better choices too such as an unprocessed thing like oats. Have some fruit with it too.
Lunch sounds good.

and as for Lean Cuisine .. yes they are low in calories and such but they do have a high sodium content. It's probably not a great 'every day' kind of meal but a good quick alternative every now and then.

Always always always fresh food will be the better option over anything out of a box.
