Good day, everyone.

Hi. My name is Carrie, and I'm from the United States. About a year ago, I weighed 150 pounds, then this past May I only weighed 110 pounds, which was pure bliss. Then stuff changed, I don't know what, but I couldn't control myself. I am in control again, I will lose the weight, & I thought being here would be great for the support.

I can't wait to get started, and hear from you all.

Carrie

Thanks so much, guys. I look forward to loosing the weight again, believe me!

As for methods, I just do diet and exersize. At least 9 glasses of water per day, as well as filling up on fruits and veggies. Then I do 50 minutes on the eliptical trainer each day and weight training on my arms every other day. It's what I did last time and it was quite effective.

Thanks again for the welcome!

Carrie

Thanks Mandie. & I'm from Michigan, although next fall (your spring) I'll be studying abroad in Sydney and I CAN NOT wait. I'll be studying at ICMS on Manly Beach, I believe it is.

Should be exciting....
