Hi Im new here.
Over the last year i have lost just over 20kg. Ive gone from about 111 KG down to about 88-90 kg. I have been fluctuating at this weight for the last 5 months!
I exercise a heap, however im finding my motivation at eating healthy really hard to keep up. Im very much a binge eater.. i will eat well and then have a packet of corn chips or a little tub of icecream..
Does anyone have any motivation tips? I wanted to loose another 20kg by xmas, but i know ive left my run too late now.. but if I could lose 8-10 by then i think i could be happy with this.
I am starting an eating plan with home delivered meals from monday. Its a 1200 calorie meal plan.
Any tips wold be appreciate.
